How Aurevon Group handles inquiries, client records, supplier information, digital product data, authorized Meta publishing workflows, retention, security, and deletion requests.

Effective Date

This policy covers business information handled through Aurevon websites, services, and authorized digital workflows.

Effective June 25, 2026. This Privacy Policy and Data Processing Notice explains how Aurevon collects, uses, stores, discloses, retains, and deletes information connected to public website inquiries, business communications, proposals, client work, supplier relationships, recruitment inquiries, digital products, and authorized Meta publishing workflows.

Aurevon primarily operates in a business-to-business context. We do not intentionally collect more personal information than is reasonably needed for business communication, service delivery, legal compliance, security, accounting, support, and authorized workflow operation. A separate written agreement or data processing addendum may provide additional rules for a specific client engagement.

Information We May Process

The data depends on how you interact with Aurevon and which service is requested.

  • Identity and contact detailsName, title, company, email address, telephone number, country, city, preferred contact method, business role, and communication history.
  • Inquiry and project detailsMessage content, inquiry category, project goals, property or development information, supplier capability, proposal requests, meeting notes, service requirements, uploaded materials, and follow-up records.
  • Commercial recordsProposals, statements of work, invoices, payment status, tax or accounting references, refund or cancellation records, support commitments, vendor information, and contract administration details.
  • Digital product recordsWorkspace users, role assignments, approval logs, draft content, campaign names, asset libraries, publishing calendars, scheduled or published status, reporting notes, support tickets, settings, and operational records.
  • Meta and social platform dataWhere authorized, business page names, account identifiers, profile or page metadata, connected asset status, post identifiers, post status, content management data, insights or reporting indicators, permission status, and related information made available by Meta or another platform for the agreed purpose.

Sources & Purposes

Aurevon uses information for defined business, service, legal, and security purposes.

We may receive information directly from you, your company, authorized representatives, connected platforms, public business sources, service providers, vendors, analytics tools, hosting systems, email systems, payment or accounting providers, and records created during the relationship. Aurevon does not sell personal information.

Meta Publishing Privacy

Meta-connected workflows are limited to authorized business purposes and least-necessary access.

If a client connects or authorizes access to a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, Business Manager asset, ad account, catalog, domain, or related Meta business asset, Aurevon uses that access only for the agreed business workflow. Examples may include page or account selection, draft preparation, content management, publishing or scheduling approved content, reviewing status, maintaining approval records, responding to support issues, and reporting business-facing performance indicators.

Aurevon does not request personal Facebook passwords, does not use unofficial scraping, does not impersonate users, and does not sell Meta platform data. The client remains responsible for confirming ownership, administrator authority, lawful content, and platform compliance for its channels.

  • Permission minimizationPermissions should be requested only where aligned with a documented product feature, reviewed periodically, and removed when no longer needed.
  • Platform termsMeta and other social platforms maintain their own terms, developer policies, privacy policies, app review processes, business verification rules, enforcement systems, and account controls.
  • DisconnectionAccess may be removed by the client, by platform settings, by app review outcome, by service termination, or through Aurevon’s support and deletion request process.

Cookies, Analytics & Communications

Technical records help operate the website, protect forms, and understand business interest.

Aurevon websites may use basic cookies, logs, analytics, cache controls, security tools, form records, and similar technologies to operate pages, remember technical preferences, measure traffic, diagnose errors, reduce abuse, and understand which business topics receive interest. If marketing or newsletter communications are introduced, recipients will be able to use the unsubscribe or contact route provided.

International Processing & Retention

Business information may be processed through international cloud and platform providers.

Aurevon, clients, service providers, and platform providers may operate in different countries. Information may be processed in Georgia and other jurisdictions where cloud, email, storage, platform, support, analytics, payment, accounting, or business systems are located. Where required, Aurevon will use appropriate contractual or operational safeguards for cross-border processing.

  • Retention standardInformation is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, service delivery, client support, legal or accounting duties, tax, audit, dispute handling, fraud prevention, security, and business continuity.
  • ExamplesInquiry records may be kept for follow-up; contracts and invoices may be kept for legal/accounting periods; publishing logs may be kept for audit and support; access tokens or permissions should be removed when no longer needed.
  • Deletion limitsDeletion may not remove information already processed by third-party platforms, public posts, client-controlled systems, backups pending rotation, legal holds, or records that must be retained for legitimate reasons.
Security

Aurevon uses practical safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Aurevon uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information and service. These may include role-based access, account review, permission minimization, secure cloud tools, reasonable internal access controls, backups, logging, staff instructions, and removal of unnecessary access. No internet transmission, email, platform integration, hosting environment, or cloud service can be guaranteed completely secure.

  • Client responsibilitiesClients should use strong account security, avoid password sharing, maintain current administrator records, remove departed users, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
  • Incident handlingWhere Aurevon becomes aware of a relevant security incident, it will assess the issue and take reasonable steps required by the relationship, law, platform process, and affected service scope.
  • Sensitive informationDo not submit unnecessary sensitive personal data, payment card data, government identifiers, health data, or confidential documents through general inquiry forms unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.
Privacy Rights & Deletion

Individuals and authorized business representatives may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or disconnection where applicable.

Rights vary by location, relationship, and applicable law. Aurevon will review requests and may need information to verify identity, business authority, account ownership, or authorization. We may decline or limit a request where permitted by law, where the request affects another person’s rights, where the information belongs to a client-controlled account, or where retention is required for legal, accounting, security, contractual, audit, or dispute reasons.

  • Meta workflow deletionFor Meta-connected workflows, include the business name, Facebook Page or Instagram account name, workflow or app name if known, and the email used with Aurevon.
  • ResponseAurevon will review, verify where needed, act on data held by Aurevon where appropriate, disconnect access where applicable, and explain retention limits where records cannot be fully deleted.

Children, Updates & Contact

Aurevon services are intended for business use, not for children.

Aurevon does not knowingly seek personal information from children through its business website or digital product workflows. If a parent, guardian, or responsible adult believes a child has provided information to Aurevon, they may contact us for review.

Aurevon may update this Privacy Policy as services, laws, platform requirements, or business operations change. The effective date will identify the current version.
